Cancellation Policy

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive details about your class day, time, and group size. Full payment is due seven days prior to the first class. You are not required to pay tuition until we have mutually agreed on your class arrangement. Refund Policy ​ Withdraw before the first class → Full tuition refunded, minus the $25 registration fee Withdraw after the first class → No refunds issued If Italiano Italia cancels a course → Full refund provided This refund policy applies to all group courses. Make-Up Classes ​ One (1) make-up class is allowed per 8-week program, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy ​ A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all classes.
